    By accessing and using CardBuzzAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

    2. Service Description

    CardBuzzAI provides AI-powered greeting card creation services, including AI-generated messages, images, and spoken audio content. Cards can be shared via unique links.

    3. User Accounts

    • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
    • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
    • One account per person; do not share account credentials

    4. Subscription and Payments

    • Free Tier: 2 cards per month with watermark and limited sharing
    • Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually as stated at checkout
    • Cancellation: Cancel anytime through the Manage Billing portal; access continues until period end
    • Card Packs: One-time purchases do not expire
    • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree NOT to use the Service to:

    • Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
    • Violate any intellectual property rights
    • Distribute spam or malware
    • Attempt to access other users' accounts
    • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
    • Use automated systems to abuse the service

    6. Content Ownership

    • You retain rights to any personal content you provide (names, messages)
    • AI-generated content (images, messages, audio) is licensed to you for personal use
    • CardBuzzAI retains the right to use anonymized data to improve services
    • Free tier cards include a CardBuzzAI watermark

    7. Limitation of Liability

    The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

    8. Service Availability

    We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

    9. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
